On the web site www.plantfocus.com customers can order plant labels on line and the print process can start running immediately. Gain of time and reduced stocks are the big advantages for the customers. But the production flow is very complex because all exact information has to be collected for the production.
Therefore Studio Emma has build the so called customized package "James". James contains a CRM function in which are not only controlled prospects and customers but also a complete sales and production flow. Extensions can be built very easily by our people. Furthermore, the package is web based, so accessible from everywhere (also by the sales forece).
We have also build the web site and we are creating a sms service. On the plant labels a code will be printed. The buyer of the plant sends the code by sms to our short code 3314 and receives a few seconds later a sms in return with some useful tips concerning the plant.
When launching Plantfocus, a CD Rom was also created, being not only a publicity method but also an instruction manual. A demo with spoken text in Dutch, English, French and German guides the user through the whole order process.
