Hunt is a pest control company settled in Roeselare. Their technicians treat a.o. food companies where they have to make up a whole series of reports. In the past this was first done on paper after which these reports were brought into the central data base. First of all, Studio Emma has build an extranet for Hunt so that customers can consult this information on line (via protected connection).
Later on, the technicians have received PDA 's so they can have the reports at their disposal immediately. Via GPRS all data are send in real time so that the customer can read a report by e-mail, even before the techician has left the building. Via a link in the e-mail the customer can see other reports concerning the work already done on the web site. The customer can also note down a lot of data, ask for emergency interventions etc...
Moreover, the technicians can get a better idea of their planning (managing it partly on their own) and also the telephone traffic is reduced to a great extend.
