The Planning & Dispatching Software of Studio Emma will make it possible for you to plan the visit concerned so that the already existant route will be extended as less as possibile, taking in account the parameters you provide us (training employee, possible intervention times, definition region employee, closing times of your customer,...). The software will be "customized" to your company process and can be linked to your existing software structure, for instance your ERP system. Moreover the planning can be transfered to the executing forces electronically (see also Workforce Automation & Reporting ) - in that case the planning can be consulted by PDA . So, dispatching can be done fully automatically.
Information concerning the effectively executed assignments can be given to the Planning & Dispatching Software. Also replanning is possible and the rendability of executing forces will be calculated.
